Master Mind

Our Master Mind program aims to promote awareness of youth mental health through trauma-informed care, focusing on creating a safe space that equips young individuals with essential coping skills, mental health resources, and support to foster emotional well-being. We offer various supportive tools to help reduce stress and anxiety, including interactive sessions that teach basic coping mechanisms like deep breathing, journaling, and mindfulness. Our program help participants identify stressors and develop personalized stress reduction strategies, while focusing on building and maintaining healthy relationships, recognizing toxic behaviors, and effective communication through emotional intelligance. Additionally, we provide peer support groups for youth to share experiences in a safe environment, mindfulness and stress reduction techniques such as yoga and meditation, and recreational activities to promote positive experiences and relationships.
